RSVP for our SXSW SteamVR Workshop

Recent News - Feb. 7, 2017

Back in October, we announced our upcoming VR workshop at SXSW 2017, and today we’re thrilled to report that registration is open! The workshop, Sneak Peek: Designing Tracked Objects for Steam VR , will be a condensed version of our 3-day SteamVR Tracking Training course that we’ve organized with Valve Software. On Saturday, March 11th two of our Electrical Engineers, Doug Bruey and Michael Ciuffo, will teach attendees how to leverage the SteamVR platform to create seamless VR object tracking. While the presentation stems from the Tracking Training coursework, this workshop will be more visual with fun demonstrations of how the system works.

If you didn’t get a chance to attend one of our SteamVR Tracking Trainings, or if you’re just a virtual reality enthusiast attending SXSW, this workshop will be a great opportunity to learn more! We have just about 100 seats available, and we’ve heard that these workshops fill up quickly, so please RSVP today: Sneak Peek: Designing Tracked Objects for Steam VR.
