Synapse Voted Best Workplace

Recent News - Jun. 23, 2017

Synapse is thrilled to announce that our team has been chosen as a Puget Sound Business Journal Washington’s Best Workplace for the third year in a row!

Employees from hundreds of companies throughout Washington state are surveyed each year, but only 80 companies win a coveted spot on the 2017 list. Companies are sorted into four categories based on their number of full-time employees: 250+ workers, 100-249 workers, 50-99 workers, and 10-49 workers. Twenty companies are chosen in each size category.

We think Synapse is a Best Place to Work because leadership cares deeply about the people and it feels more like a family than a group of coworkers. Synapsters have a vibrant culture that is inclusive, empowering, interesting… and fun. The business operates with accessible leadership and openness, support for community involvement, and lots of opportunity for employees to contribute.

Synapse is thrilled to be a finalist in the top 20 companies in our category! Want to work at one of Washington's Best Workplaces? Check out Synapse’s job openings!
