Ann Torres

Ann is a Senior VP of Engineering at Synapse and is the Managing Director of their SF office. She is an organizational leader and an expert at bringing complex technical concepts into production. She helps clients transform their businesses and get products to market by bringing teams together to architect and deliver solutions. Ann leads engineering teams that fuse leading-edge technology and product realization to create innovative connected hardware products and systems. Ann is also responsible for driving Synapse’s capability development and is currently growing their Climate Tech Innovations service offering. Ann is passionate about sharing her experiences in development, innovation, diversity, and sustainability.
