Anthony Del Balso

Anthony Del Balso brings a passion for uniting people to solve complex challenges for his clients as a Principal Technical Program Manager. He is motivated to turn product ideas into reality while leading clients and teams through the development process. Drawing on his background in engineering, project management, and leadership, Anthony leads cross-functional efforts at Synapse with a focus on collaboration and execution. He joined Synapse in 2012 and has held a range of leadership, management, and delivery roles during his tenure.

Throughout his career at Synapse and beyond, he has worked across a variety of industries including consumer electronics, IoT, micromobility, medical and health tech devices, wearables, and entertainment venues.

Anthony earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University in 1996 and holds an active Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
