Peter Hauser is a dynamic professional with a proven track record in product development and leadership. Currently serving as the Director of New Product Introduction (NPI) at Synapse, he brings over 30 years of engineering and product development experience to the role.

Peter has a rich entrepreneurial background, having co-founded multiple startups across food tech, automotive, consumer electronics, and wearable hardware, as well as helping launch ambitious startups with unique technology challenges. He has also held significant roles at Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft and Boeing, and led standards development efforts for the Bluetooth SIG.
