Ryan Frederick
Senior Program Manager
Ryan joined Synapse as a Program Manager in 2011 and has since worked with clients ranging from global non-profits reshaping the future of sanitation services, to Fortune 500 companies exploring new product ideas, to medical device startups preparing to disrupt the health monitoring space. Ryan has a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
Prior to joining Synapse, Ryan spent five years as a process design engineer developing biochemical research and pilot facilities for “next generation” biofuels from corn cobs, corn stover, sugar cane, and several novel feedstocks in the US and Brazil.
Having migrated to Seattle from Philadelphia to enjoy the active and healthy lifestyle of the Pacific Northwest, in his free time Ryan can be found mountain biking, hiking, climbing, or vegetable gardening.
