Jevo: The First Automated Jello Shot Machine

Jevo is a machine that fully automates the gelatin-making process, making it easier to create 20 individual shots of gelatin that can either be alcoholic or non-alcoholic. The machine can make the shots in 10 minutes, versus the three to five hours it normally takes. This ‘Keurig of Jello Shots’ was the first product by our Portland-based client, Food & Beverage Innovations. The machine also has digital displays for promotions and advertising.
