Every year Seattle Magazine puts out an end-of-the-year issue dedicated to highlighting King County’s movers and shakers who make up the year’s Most Influential People.  Notable in 2013 was Amazonian Jeff Bezos, our friend Christoph Mack, co-founder of the X2 Biosystems’ concussion management system, the Washington State Supreme Court, and our very own Clayton Wood, Synapse’s fearless leader.
