Last week Synapse was proud to host a group of Management of Technology MBA students from Simon Fraser University Beedie School of Business in Vancouver B.C. Every year, the MBA students make a trip to a world-class technology hub and have met with executives at prominent technology companies, like LinkedIn, Google and Salesforce. This year, the students chose Seattle, and reached out to Synapse for the opportunity to visit our headquarter office.

We gave the students a tour of Synapse, introducing them to a showcase of the products we’ve worked on, our engineering capabilities, our product development process, and company culture. Synapse Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Tim Duncan, and Vice President of Finance, Jon Lyons, presented on our vision and business goals, metrics and tracking, and maintaining transparency throughout the business.

The students were incredibly sharp and asked insightful questions about our business and industry. At the end of the presentation, the students gifted Synapse artwork by Bill Reid, a prominent Canadian artist. Synapse loves to be involved in educational programs, and it was a pleasure to host such a great group!
