Synapse has some exciting news to share… for the second year in a row we have been a finalist for the Puget Sound Business Journal’s annual list of Washington’s Best Workplaces!
This year 300 companies were nominated and the 20,434 employees were surveyed on workplace satisfaction. The field was further narrowed to just 80 finalists, with 20 companies in each size category. Employees commented about working at Synapse; “Leadership cares deeply about the people,” and “[Synapse] feels more like a family than a group of coworkers.” Synapse is thrilled to be a finalist in the top 20 companies in our category!
